PROCESSING TIMES

All U.S. orders ship from Illinois. Once your order ships, our service provider, UPS, is responsible for delivery. Use the UPS Ground Shipping Map to estimate the average transit time. The graphic below shows the average length of in-transit time for UPS Ground service.

UPS Outbound Shipping Zones

All orders will be shipped within two business days. However, the shipment of your order is based on product availability, warehouse processing time, and payment processing time. Does not include transit time.

Online transactions will be initially placed “On Hold” while we authorize payment and allow our warehouse team time to process the order. Payment processing cannot begin until we receive all the information needed, such as a credit card authorization or an account reference. Upon fulfillment, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a UPS tracking link.

Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. CT will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or during holidays may require additional shipping and payment processing time, which will begin the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Pivot Point is closed annually between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day.

Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.

Student kit orders require up to 5 business days to assemble before they can be shipped.

SHIPPING RATES

When choosing UPS Ground, we offer a flat rate of $9.95 for all web orders up to $199.99. Web orders over $200.00 qualify for free standard ground delivery. *This offer is exclusive to online shopping only and must be selected as the delivery option prior to submitting your order.

These shipping rates are for the contiguous U.S. 48 states only and do not apply to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico (any promotional free shipping offers are only valid in the contiguous U.S. 48 states). Call 847-866-0500 for shipping rates.

The shipping rates listed above are determined by the dollar value of your order, and do not include tax. The checkout page will display the shipping methods and corresponding rates available to you before you complete your order.

By providing your shipping address on the checkout page, you agree that any additional charges incurred due to an invalid or undeliverable address may be charged to your account.

EXPEDITED OPTIONS

If you need your order by a specific date, select one of the expedited UPS shipping options at checkout.

For expedited orders exceeding $2,500, please call 847-866-0500 or contact us directly to arrange a rush delivery.

UPS does not guarantee delivery for expedited orders. Please plan accordingly if the order is needed by a specific date.

Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. CT will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Expedited delivery options will only appear at checkout when they offer a significant reduction in transit time.

If your address is already within a 1-day UPS Ground zone, for example, faster shipping options may not be available. This prevents you from paying extra for a service that wouldn’t speed up delivery.

GLOBAL DELIVERY

The Pivot Point Store ships only to the contiguous United States. Submit the Pivot Point International Lookup form or go to the Global Distributor Network page to purchase products from other countries.

📦 Kit Orders 

  • Order by: December 16, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. CST
  • Ships by: December 22, 2025
  • Orders placed after this date will ship by January 12, 2026.

✂️ Regular (Non-Kit) Orders 

  • Order by: December 23, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. CST
  • Ships: Same day
  • Orders placed after this date will begin shipping the week of January 5, 2026.

🎁 Holiday Office Closure

Our offices will be closed from December 25, 2025, to January 1, 2026. Shipping and customer support will resume on January 5, 2026.

PIVOT POINT RETURN POLICY

If you're unhappy with your purchase, we have a solution for you. Submit a return/exchange request here.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By submitting an online return/exchange request, a member of our customer service team will assist in facilitating the return. Depending on the reason for a return, shipping charges may be waived.

If an item is returned that differs from the one originally approved for return, the refund will be issued once the correct item is received. In some cases, additional shipping fees may be applied to cover the cost of recovering or returning incorrect items.

Upon receipt of the return and confirmation that the product is in resalable condition, your credit card will be refunded. Most returns are processed within four weeks.

HAIR PRODUCTS

Hair may be returned up to 30 days after purchase, provided it is in its original packaging and unused condition. Hair is warranted to the original purchaser for a period of one year from the original date of purchase against manufacturer defects. During the warranty period, please contact the Pivot Point Customer Experience Team at 847-866-0500 or submit our online form to obtain a return authorization.

When contacting Pivot Point, please have your order details ready—including the order number, lot number, date of purchase, and the reason for your return or exchange request.

BOOKS

Unopened books may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please contact the Pivot Point Customer Experience Team at 847-866-0500 or submit our online form to request a return authorization.

KITS

Kits may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging and condition. Any items missing from the kit will not be credited or replaced. A 25% restocking fee will also be applicable for all kit returns. Don’t hesitate to contact Pivot Point International Customer Support for a return authorization at 847-866-0500 or submit our online form.

EBOOKS

All eBook purchases are final and non-refundable after a 5-day grace period. To cancel your purchase, please contact us within 5 calendar days of placing your order. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

PRODUCTS BY OTHER COMPANIES

For products produced by companies other than Pivot Point International, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty information enclosed in the package and contact the manufacturer directly for additional information. Pivot Point International is a distributor of these products and will not provide warranty or support for third-party products.

MANUFACTURER’S DEFECT POLICY

Defective goods must be reported and returned for replacement within 30 days from the date of invoice. Misuse of products does not constitute a manufacturer’s defect in the product.

RESTOCKING FEES

All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. To ensure prompt and efficient handling of your returns, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from the Pivot Point Customer Experience Team at 847-866-0500 or submit our online form. The RA number must be clearly visible on the shipping carton; otherwise, returns will be refused. Pivot Point is not responsible and will not assume freight charges incurred in the return of items to our warehouse or for reshipping new or replacement items, unless the goods are deemed damaged due to shipment or an original defect.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Pivot Point is not responsible for typographic errors. Pivot Point reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at the Pivot Point Store at any time. All sales at the Pivot Point Store are subject to the laws of the State of Illinois. No Pivot Point employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the Pivot Point Store’s policies or the terms and conditions governing any sale.
